The welfare and job for the rural elderly

Our factory in Shandong is located in a rural area, so the whole town people come to the factory and fold shopping bags.
Before we moved in, they worked at other areas or did farming. An old woman puts straps on a shopping bag. She can earn 30~40 Yuan all day long. So, her monthly pay is 800-1,000 Yuan.
She is over 80-year-old. Before she worked in our factory, she helped others’ faming work or did a little something.

According to her, it was just as well that she could work here and earn money. She was really happy to buy something for her grand children.
Actually, we can’t employ under age 18, but there is no age limit more than 18. So, I didn’t know this old woman was working here at first.
I realized that she came here when we started this factory. She can’t catch any details, but I feel great that she can work all day long and help a living by herself.

Likewise, we actually increase welfare for the Chinese rural elderly and create jobs. As we are getting older, we are living a harsh life in South Korea and China.
There are lots of unemployed people looking for a job in South Korea. We can’t say that the elderly should earn a living to support themselves and contribute to the development of a country.

However, it would be good for a business and individuals to help support a family. I sometimes think that establishing a shopping bag cooperative in South Korea would be great.
I don’t make lots of money, but I have some skills. It’s pretty good for me to bring Mr. Kook in South Korea and establish a shopping bag production cooperative with subsidiary materials imported from China.

I think this business will help to arrange manpower. First of all, we have lots of money to establish a cooperative or corporation. Money makes workers happy while working.
I just thought of it because I was much interested in this. I don’t inherit a great fortune from my parents and save money for my life. I have only some skills, so I think it is mutually helpful to teach them widely. Even though time goes by, people constantly need a shopping bag, right? I have lots of thoughts about a cooperative. It is important to draw up a plan to make the cooperative possible to pursue profits as much as a corporation. Of course, the cooperative will pay the effectively helpful profits to the members, but I am not sure that I can do it well…
