The most difficult work that we are printing is a Thursday Island’s shopping bag. We actually deliver every month, but we carry on the production of their shopping bags earlier than two or three years.
We work more carefully, especially during the winter season. This craft paper is similar with American paper, but it is stronger and rougher. In some ways, it looks so appropriate to a T.I’s concept.
Anyway, this paper is unmanageable to produce shopping bags. As soon as we order the paper, we immediately roll it for two weeks and wait for another paper. If we don’t roll it, it will be caught by a printing machine. If so, we should bend paper forward and print. It takes a long time and makes a lot of errors.
Also, we have a hard time when we print paper. Generally, we usually use very dark and vivid colors differently from 1 color printing. After then, we need to dry the printed stuff for two weeks.
Printing two or three tons of paper takes a long time. We start this work in the daytime and finish at the early morning. It is really tough for me to look at all the print work from the first page to the last. After going through several trials and errors, we realized what kinds of problems we had.
So, now, we are really careful of all the work. When it’s sunny, the printed matters will be dried in a week. However, during the winter season, it takes more than two weeks.
We sometimes have a hard time adjusting several colors. We put in half of a day or a day for matching printing colors. We don’t have any fear of print work in this area, Yiwu…
