Everyone operates a chicken restaurant after all.

There is a chicken restaurant on the first floor of my apartment that a Korean person operates.
He actually ran a franchise in South Korea.
A over 50-year-old Korean-Chinese boss serves the similar chicken menu in Korea. Actually, it doesn’t suit my taste.
I think this restaurant is a fake because a restaurant’s models are main characters on the drama, ‘A Man from Another Star.’

It is located next to the security department, so I sometimes go there when I want to eat Korean style chicken.

The restaurant had just one or two customers a day for six months after it opened, but now it has a lot of customers.
Some people come to eat, but others just order to pick up. At the beginning of the business, I sometimes ate chicken and drank beer with a Chinese boss, but now he is too busy to eat together.

Anyway, whenever I go there, he really welcomes me because a Korean person comes to his restaurant to eat chicken.
Like in Korea, it is not easy to start a new business in China with over 40-year-old. However, he and his wife do their best on this business.
There are too many chicken restaurants in South Korea, so lots of people come to China to open the restaurant.
I think it’s pretty hard for them to run it in China because that kind of business is in trouble in South Korea.
Korean people seem to have the great challenge spirit. I heard that many parents over 40~50 years old tried to open a chicken restaurant or bakery for a living with their children who are not fully grown up yet. However, this seems to just help a franchise company.

Before I listened to this music, I thought studying in the natural sciences would be better in a society than studying the liberal arts.
But, the problem is that everyone studying two different curriculum tracks opens a chicken restaurant.
What a harsh world… One of my Korean-Chinese acquaintances has a welding technique that is not common in China and uses it to work in South Korea. He actually receives higher monthly payment than ordinary Korean people get.
I think he might have a higher quality of life than the Korean because he has a special skill. There might be necessary to have a distinctive skill in order to operate a business in South Korea and China.

For example, a boss should care about the different temperature to fry chicken, sources, and restaurant’s moods.
I also think that producing a shopping bag needs a specific technique. We should consider the technical, chemical, and mathematical parts in order to produce a shopping bag.

Of course, we can just make it without those skills, but if we know, it is easier to produce. It would be good to find defective goods and look for the cause. Whenever errors come up, I just think why I am doing this.

However, one thing that I feel relieved is that I have this kind of skill.
If I didn’t have it, I would have analyzed the commercial supremacy, made the differentiated source, and set up the best temperature to fry chicken for my chicken restaurant.
I might have failed…

Every chicken restaurant business has always not failed. I just think that anyone can operate a shopping bag business without any difficulties.
