Anyone
knows which one is Mr.Kook’s hand? We planned to have a 2015 meeting with
Korean and Chinese employees in Seoul, but there were some problems related to
visa. So, we had a meeting at Jejudo.
We made a change in our schedule from 3
night and 4 day to 2 night and 3 day because we were too busy. Another problem
was that Korean employees went to Jejudo in an easy way, but Chinese workers
had a really tired and exhausted time to go there.
There were two purposes of
this meeting, and the most important thing was to remind them, ‘Don’t forget
your duty.’ We have three companies in China. One in Shanghai deals with
domestic and oversea business.
Another one in Yiwu prepares paper and subsidiary
materials. The other one in Shangdong has a factory to produce shopping bags.
If everyone does their best on each other’s duty, there might be not any
defective goods. However, several problems come up because of communication
with one another. We financially and mentally had a hard time because we got a
big problem for last two months.
I thought the management was really serious
more than anything. Everyone makes a mistake. I have also done so until now.
However, we repeat the same errors, and they were getting worse and worse.
Thus, we made the meeting at Jejudo earlier to fix the problems. I was pretty
sure that we can reduce any errors if individuals commit themselves to their
duty even though everything is not perfect. But, I am now confused about
whether this is really right or not. Anyway, my duty is to set the direction of
our company, construct a line of sales, and do my best on developing new goods.
Our Chinese boss needs to be in charge of the bookkeeping of the whole Chinese
company stably, to divide labors, and to manage every employee as a center of
our company.
Mr.Kook should be in charge of managing every production and any
details in Yiwu. The duty of Mr. Whang is to deal with every product produced
in Yiwu and reduce defective goods, and manage every subcontractor.
Mr. Chin
needs to operate machines to perforate and wrap things in foil safely without
any accidents and errors and managing factory employees. Ms. Hang should manage
factory producers and consider how we produce shopping bags effectively.
Then, Ms.Mung’s
duty is to deal with stock, bookkeeping, and distribution perfectly. I think it
is really important for others to consider their own duties. I always ask them
to communicate with each other in order to carry out their duties faithfully.
Our Chinese boss actually communicates with each manager once a week and checks
any complaints and instructions. After then, the managers should try to talk
with other employees.
This is really important, but it’s pretty hard. I really
hope Ms. Hang will communicate with factory producers even though she is good
at dividing labors and solving a bottleneck situation.
The better factory
producers make a shopping bag, the more we can sell it. This is one of the most
important duties.
The boss is really good at word.
She strongly does her best
as she expects. That’s why I think highly of her.
She always tells me how we go
well and set this year’s strategy at first.
Then, she put her idea about a
staff management and sales into practice.
I hope Mr.Kook never swears at
somebody with unspeakable words any more. He can speak Korean, so I sometimes
feel that he always speak bad words. Don’t swear!
However, Mr. Kook does his
best on everything. He would be getting better than before, so I expect a great
deal from him as much as our Chinese boss.
Who knows he would become a boss in
our Chinese factory? To be a boss, he should communicate with others.
Also, he
needs to make people be on his side. I hope he will consider how we can fold a
shopping bag more rapidly at a factory and never produce defective goods and
study what our final goal of the specialization is.
I also want to see him in a
perforating house or foil-wrapping store frequently.
It isn’t the time to sit
on a chair. If he keeps sitting on a chair, he will sit forever. Anyway, we
should do our best on carrying our own duties. Mr. Whang would know that better
than anyone.
The more we don’t forget the importance of our duties, the more we
don’t make a mistake and produce defective goods. The less we make errors, the
better our company goes.
I think a highly developed company will give every
employee any benefits. Which one is the first, Chicken or Egg? A nice company
has nice employees. Or, nice employees make a nice company. Anyway, the most
important thing is to do our best on our own duties.
Do clean up my mess by
myself! If I make a mistake, I should handle it. I hope everyone knows that a
problem comes up when others clean up your mess. It took one night and two days
to go to Jejudo from Shandong.
Everyone went through any hardships and will do
so again. If we do our best, we will receive any rewards for the result soon.
