Hands of a master artisan

I hesitated to work when I received this order.
At first, I tried to get a machine’s help, but it’s sometimes necessary to use many hands. We can finish working with a machine rapidly and easily.

However, when the finished goods come out, the screw of the machine doesn’t turn. T
his won’t cause disorder or make defective goods, but the goods are not perfectly produced. We had a hard time producing a bow for TI for Men.

However, we took the similar order again, and some people were opposed to the project. I think the finished goods will be better than anything… There is a factory to fold a shopping bag automatically across from our factory.
I felt envious of them for a while and sometimes visited there. However, they spent lots of time fixing their machines…

We usually use a machine made in China, but it breaks down all the time. Most of our products are not automatically produced.
Whenever I pass by the inside of a factory to go to the restroom, I see factory workers being about to cry and looking at the project.
When I come closer to them, they always complain that their fingers, wrists, and shoulders hurt. They need to hit foils 400 million times to make 10,000 shopping bags.

This is not kidding. However, this project is to make the bags much more than before, so all the workers are going to cry.
I just realized that it’s a really hard one after producing some bags. There is no way to overcome this kind of difficulty. It is not easy to make something by hands. Even though a producer is a master or amateur, a heavy work is always hard.

Nowadays, it’s not too hot, but the temperature usually rises up to 37~38 degrees.
It’s so hot that we are sweating even when we are sitting still. In this condition, it’s really rough to hit the foils with a hammer. All the workers at a factory carried out this project yesterday because we couldn’t divide labors. Also, it is possible to progress the next project after the currently performed task.
I felt like hearing a hammering sound at home because I heard the noise in a factory all day long.
If she hits foils with a hammer, she can earn 120 yuan. I pay for this work more than others because I am not a vicious owner. 120 yuan equals to over 20,000 won in Korean currency.

All workers in our company go to work at 7:30 a.m., have a lunch quickly, and work until 7 p.m. Some people leave the office after 10’o clock or 11’o clock as the last.
We don’t have many defective goods now, but there are times when we should pay repairing fees for the goods at the very beginning.
I usually consider that we need to make something by a machine whenever I see all the workers hitting in hot weather.

I sometimes feel that they go through a rough time because of my insistence, but I can’t give up the perfectness of the finished goods.
According to Philips, ‘a small difference makes luxury goods.’ Also, the small difference would be changed depending on screwing by hands or a machine.
I can’t give up making something by hands even though it’s hard. This is because that’s the correct answer.
