Climb a Tai mountain in China with a mind of Confucius

I arrived at Tai An, China around 4’o clock. I went to Qufu to visit Confucius’s birthplace and had a lunch at a Korean restaurant that a Chinese-Korean person is running. After then, I left there to go to Tai An.

That Tai mountain seemed pretty magnificent. I checked my baggage at an inn around the entrance of a trail and laid down on the bed to sleep for a while.
However, I couldn’t sleep. The purpose to climb the mountain was to look at the sunrise, so I decided to climb at 10 p.m. I planned to start to climb the mountain at 10 p.m. and get to the top at 5 a.m. I started to climb easily at the beginning.

After one or two hours, I should go up the higher stairs. I realized why a hiking stick was sold at the entrance of the trail.
There was a stark difference between having the stick and non-having. I finally bought one halfway and continued to climb.

The weather in the Tai mountain on October was warm while walking, but cold while stopping. It seemed like climbing up aBukhansan Mountain in the winter in South Korea.
Without any directions, I could climb up and take it easy, but it’s hard for me to go up several stairs. I was confused with all the complicated thoughts and overworked by myself…

I regretted why I came here. I arrived on the top at 3 a.m. here was no place to put my feet there because so many people came up to look at the sunrise.
The temperature of the top was almost below zero even though it’s October. One of the climbing members brought a mat that one of them could sit down and rest for one or two hours and thick coat to keep off the cold.
The members and I climbed up for another half an hour around 5’o clock and saw the best place to look at the beautiful sunrise being full of many people.

So, we just took other places for the sunrise and smoked on the top of the mountain while waiting for the beautiful sunrise. Watching the rising sun, we drank a can of dark beer. It’s too cold.
I thought that Confucius might have a hard time climbing up only on his own power.
In old days, there were sedan chair bearers who should seat their master and carry the chair to the top of the mountain.

At that time, all the people might live like that… According to Confucius, he had climbed up the mountain three or four times. I don’t want to climb up again.
I would keep someone from going there. It’s not easy to climb two times.

I will start to be aware of my physical limit and watch the rising sunrise on the top of a small mountain. Then, I will spend time enjoying it similarly.

I want to challenge to climb up the Mount Huangshan. The plan to go up the Tai Mountain was suddenly set on because I was tied up. However, if I prepare carefully, it’s worth a try.
A one week visit in Shandong distressed me. The choice and concentration would be changed into the oblivion and heartache.
