A product identity tells everything

Mr. Whang hammered around for about an hour at a sample workshop.
He was making the sample of a shopping bag that we newly received an order.
It seemed to have a high level of difficulty.
It’s quite funny to look at him looking for a rubber hammer. Our company makes a suitable shopping bag to a brand’s concept.

We provide appropriate qualities of paper, printing methods, how to handle with straps, and various straps.
I think Mr. Whang has almost mastered a skill to produce samples. There are various types of knives that are used to perforate, cutters, hammers, and other drills by size in a box that he cherishes.
I just supposed that we make an appropriate shopping bag to a brand’s concept, but people in any factories do their best on producing it better.

I wrote this post for a shopping bag that I saw on a web site that I visited by chance because the back seemed very similar as one that we tried to make. This company is selling products made of wool. They expressed their concept really well.
They were good at selecting craft paper and straps and made a hole in the middle of the shopping bag as a point to show what products a customer’s carrying are in the bag.

There are two methods to put in a hole: one is gorgeous, the other is normal. As you can see in the picture, they chose the normal method to make the hole.

A normal one doesn’t mean that it is a low quality, but it is related to a small charge and good one. On the other hand, the gorgeous one is pretty expensive and well-tended. Whenever we start a business with new companies, we give them advice.

We usually ask them about what kinds of products they are selling, they are working offline or online, what age groups of people usually buy, and their products are for men or women….

Some companies don’t understand why we are too inquisitive, but they actually can understand it after products come out.
Actually, I can’t sometimes think of a brand’s concept as important.

We have lately made a shopping bag for a clothing company located in Shanghai. Even though we should produce a shopping bag with over 250g of special paper, the company asked us to make it with only 200g.

After the completed one came out, I realized that the difference between 200g and 250g is far apart as earth from the heavens… There are several wrinkles and glue marks because paper is too thin. So, the company was disappointed by the finished product.

I should have told them that they needed to ask us use 250g of special paper to produce a shopping bag perfectly.
It is inevitable that it costs a lot to keep a high quality.

I hope that the product Mr.Whang produced becomes a foundation to enter into Shanghai again.
