It
is really hard for me to create a criterion for happiness because everyone
doesn’t have the same thought. Since I started with this business, I have tried
to create a manual in order to control every employee with my own way even
though I have learned another culture.
It’s not too difficult to create a
manual because I’ve been working in this business for several years. However, I
suddenly felt ridiculous because I didn’t know why I create it for whom. Since
then, there have been no manual in our company. I just tried to put them in my
category.
I
also think that a manual work is suitable for some businesses, such as
McDonalds. To standardize all products, McDonalds has a manual, ranging from a
service to a size of products, so they give consumers a criterion of happiness.
I am not sure that their business is going well because of their manual.
I have
recently read a blog of a person living in Germany, and then I actually found
out lots of parts that I felt sympathy. He decided to immigrate to Germany in
order to be happy. For the happiness of his wife and children, they went to
Germany and give visitors information about how to prepare for immigration and
to live in Germany in details on his blog. I felt really great that he and his
family have been stably settling into Germany. He explained what a criterion of
happiness was. That was to find family, work, and life outside of a circle
rather than doing so in one circle and undergo trials and errors.
I think this
is just the happiness. A criterion of happiness is to view something from a
different standpoint. So, we try to create the criterion. Criteria? It’s not
necessary. We can just do it. If we can’t do, we can be just back. I think I’m
getting more greedy because I’m closer to 50s. There is the happiness always in
here, but I am not sure that I am looking for this in a different spot.
Living
in China for several years, I like China and feel familiar with it. South Korea
and China have a little bit different styles to live, but I sometimes need to
represent this as sense of difference. Also, I realized that I should always
solve problems to improve relations from individual to individual anywhere and
anytime.
I don’t work to become happy, but I do work because I am already
happy. I am much interested in this business, so I can challenge and have a
passion. Furthermore, the most important thing is to earn money. It is the true
happiness, isn’t it? If our employees need to do much work because of my
happiness, it is not truly happy.
However, I asked how to make all the
employees happy to our Chinese boss, and then she said money always solved it.
This meant that I should make a basic dream of all people come true.
Therefore,
I am looking for a good way to be happy with money for one employee a week even
though I can’t give all of them happiness. We plan to give them money more than
they expect and be ready to celebrate them. This will come to us soon.
