There is not only Korean wave in China. Korean people usually feel Japan so near and yet so far, but in fact, now, we are closer to China.
There are so many manias for American dramas in China as much as in Korea.
I am a little bit ashamed to evaluate China or tell about its culture because I am running a business in China, but I think China gradually accepts diversity of the globalization and internationalization.

South Korea took over 10 years to be naturalized, whereas China makes its own thing of others within a year. It’s really a tremendous speed.
I can feel the speed the most in Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou.

I can realize that China has enormously changed.
I think cell-phone of XiaoMi will become the general trend soon after beating out its rivals, such as iPhone and Samsung. Haier is the world’s No.1 electronics company for white goods.
The world’s leading companies in various industry sectors appear in China every day.
Nowadays, South Korea focuses on raising the Dano Festival that was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site to the surface with being frustrated by asking whether South Korea is swift or China is too slow.
I think there was the Dano Festival in China, but it was faded away. When South Korea registered this festival as UNESCO sites, it caused panic in China.
China demanded why South Korea registered the Chinese heritage and designated it a holiday. Because of this situation, our factory took a day off.
I feel that China has national holidays as much as South Korea has. Sinocentrism that refers to the historical ideology that China was the cultural center of the world seems to turn into nationalism or egoism.
However, on the other hand, the display of the Chinese diversity about the trueness of China that has been discriminated probably shows up all over the industry and culture.
South Korea and China similarly want to have cheap and perfect goods, but in this situation, it is not long until a professional master appears.
Now, China tries to make its own value.

Our employees asked about the relation between making a shopping bag and brand values.
I had a hard time explaining the link between those two things.
They complained why they should go to work at 8’o clock in the morning and work during the weekends.

However, time would solve everything. There are many different kinds of people, but the problem is that the Korean and Chinese companies exist because workers feel stable and fellowship that they can work tomorrow.
The world’s clothes exhibition was held in Hangzhou. As Ms. Chin, Ms. RiRi, and Mr. Whang posted an article on our Chinese blog, I felt their own desperate a little bit.
I asked for understanding a brand value, but now, employees ask me whether to go or not…
