She
is studying a system of measuring a shopping bag. She has worked in our company
for two months since her first day at work.
Her name is Ms. RiRi.
Her various
duties are to deal with outsourced shopping bags and others, a Chinese blog,
online sales in Alibaba, sampling work, and others.
These are just little
things, but they seem empty without her.
Of course, when she wasn’t in our
company, someone would work in the same position. She has recently been adapted
to those works.
Our company specializes in a shopping bag made of paper.
However, Yiwu in which our factory is located is the best place of the world’s
wholesale market and is responsible for about 20~30% of daily supplies all over
the world.
Thus, we actually receive lots of orders from various companies to
produce others than a shopping bag.
The outsourcing production team includes
two workers who sometimes stay at office all day long or sometimes disappear
for a few days because they go out to Yiwu, Longgang, Hangzhou, Zhejiang,
Guangzhou to produce something. There are three professional QC in our company.
The youngest one in the team is Ms. RiRi. I saw her measuring a shopping bag with
tapping a calculator.
Excel is simple and easy to calculate it, but she should
use an electronic calculator for 6 months or a year because it’s our own law.
If she doesn’t know about Excel well, she would make a mistake at numbers, and
it makes everything wrong.
So, we recommend using a calculator. She asked about
the difference between BaiKa and Art-Paper and between Yellow-Craft and Double
Sided-Craft, sizes (JeongDu), (DaDu), (Reel), and printing sizes (1/2), (1/4),
(planar figure) to Ms. Chin.
Whether to come up to our expectations depends on
her, but I feel her sincerity in her voice. It is right to ask something that
we don’t know regardless of age.
She also asks something today. If she gets
one-month more education, she will measure a shopping bag instead of Ms. Chin.
I would like everyone in our company to produce a shopping bag and learn how to
measure it in order to cope with all the time.
I’m praying for her
hard-working.
