The competitive advantage



We are now working on newly developing a brand’s paper and straps.
We usually use very cheap straps to make a cheap shopping bag the most, but we have recently chosen a high quality and expensive one.
To purchase it in Korea, we should pay over 250 won per yard. It feels rough, but it’s actually not.

For this time, we used a different type of straps that are pretty expensive for gift. We sometimes consider what our competitive advantage is carefully.
The way that makes a general type of paper made in a paper factory special more varies from individual to individual.
When tying straps like that picture, we are really confident of fixing straps strong enough not to break it in spite of putting over 5kg of goods in a shopping bag.
We actually have a good ability to select paper for a shopping bag that is a perfect fit with the brand’s philosophy and find out suitable types of straps.

However, we don’t think that is our competitive advantage because anyone can do so with a few efforts.
Sometimes, I am not sure what our own ‘thing’ is. What’s the best way to make a shopping bag different from other companies and factories? We decided to find another way.
With our biggest advantage, we would like to make our own competitive advantage. It’s close to us to see it…
