A brand shopping bag specialized company: Our own competitive?


 

CCOT is a Chinese domestic brand. There are two fairs in China that we are usually worried about. Two things are held in Beijing and Shanghai, but one in Beijing is too expensive to dare to go.
Thus, our employees participate in it, acquire some data, and contact with them in many different ways. The fair in Shanghai is smaller than a Beijing fair, but it is a global exhibition.
So, many Chinese people and foreign buyers visit there to see it.
Last year, we had a good result in the fair, so we are preparing for the participation by changing a strategy this year. There is a book, ‘A competition strategy,’ written by Michael Porter who is a professor.
I think it would be easy to understand the book with a guide book to read it, so I bought the guide book for it, but it’s pretty hard to understand…
It will be good to work in practice after reading through it, but it’s difficult. I don’t know where the line of a competition strategy starts at and why it works wrong. Then, I am not sure if I want to do so…
It is such a difficult to draw a sword even though I have lots of worries. It’s not easy to differentiate the same thing. I end up solving a problem this month, but I feel scared. No, it’s close to feel tiresome…
The problem is that I should retrieve a fault that I carried out.
A competition strategy is to decide a competitive advantage according to Porter, but it’s not simple to find out our own advantage to compete.
I don’t know what to find out like a mouse as if I lost a piece of cheese…
I also couldn’t find cheese that suits my taste. It’s kind of a hopeless beginning of the New Year.
