We received a sample of retail bag by
courier today from somewhere
As the sample is very important we asked
the factory that to pay
a great attention. But the result what we
received was not very good.
I can imagine that what would happen if I
choose this factory for produce the
massive amount of retail bags. They must be
bad quality.
1) They used wrong “inner top reinforced
paper” with rounded corner.
(I asked why and they said that there is no
reason. They just used the left over)
2) Folded part was smeared with glue.
3) Because they attached only a piece of
400g inner top reinforced paper into the folded top of paper bags, the surface
got wrinkled after putting glue on.
4) Even strings were smeared with glue.
5) They cut the inner top reinforced paper
too small. They didn't give 5mm spare as they used just left over paper.
6) This time I just felt that we have a
long way to go.
What should I do? I was so disappointed and
frustrated with this situation.
This is not a small mistake. One sample bag
has 5 faulties. As I was so disappointed I asked them to
discarded all and make again.
This caused a big loss. If the volume of
orders were 500000,
It could have been a disaster for us.
We called ourselves as a company
specialized in brand retail bag.
But look at the bag. What we have done is
nothing different to the products made by other factories.
It seems that we should do it all over
again.
It is said that the creation always
accompanies commotion.
I hope this commotion go by soon.
